耳鼻喉科/ 經口腫瘤達文西外科手術(TORS)

達文西手術的適應症為僅限於

１　良性腫瘤

２　惡性腫瘤:分期為T1和T2

達文西手術不適用於小兒經口耳鼻咽喉​​外科手術。

達文西外科手術系統在下列情形尚未確立其安全性和有效性：

１　患者開口不佳（<1.5公分）

２　晚期腫瘤（如侵及下頜骨，緊靠頸動脈，需要骨切除術等）。

３　達文西是不建議用在牙科手術（如拔牙）的使用。

ENT / TORS Procedures 
The da Vinci is indicated for transoral otolaryngologic surgical procedures restricted to benign and malignant tumors classified as T1 and T2. The da Vinci is not indicated for pediatric transoral otolaryngology surgical procedures. The safety and effectiveness of the da Vinci Surgical System has not been established in patients with poor mouth openings (< 1.5 cm), advanced tumors (e.g., invading the mandible, abutting the carotid artery, requiring bone resection, etc.). The da Vinci is not recommended for use in dental surgery (i.e. tooth extraction).
